The material, which is now located at
Cameco Corp., Port Hope, Ontario, will
be transferred to the aforementioned
recipients for toll enrichment. Urenco
Almelo will receive 660,000 kg
uranium, Eurodif France will receive
1,650,000 kg uranium, and Urenco
Gronau will receive 660,000 kg
uranium. Upon completion of the
enrichment, the recipients will transfer
the material to the Electicite de France,
British Energy, and RWE Germany.
Cameco Corp. originally obtained the
uranium hexafluoride under the UF6
Fee Implementing Contract Component.
In accordance with Section 131 of the
Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended,
we have determined that this
subsequent arrangement is not inimical
to the common defense and security.
This subsequent arrangement will
take effect no sooner than fifteen days
after the date of publication of this
notice.

Civil Uses of Atomic Energy between

Waste Disposition Issues on the Oak
Ridge Reservation.
Public Participation: The meeting is
open to the public. Written statements
may be filed with the Board either
before or after the meeting. Individuals
who wish to make oral statements
pertaining to the agenda item should
contact Pat Halsey at the address or
telephone number listed above.
Requests must be received five days
prior to the meeting and reasonable
provision will be made to include the
presentation in the agenda. The Deputy
Designated Federal Officer is
empowered to conduct the meeting in a
fashion that will facilitate the orderly
conduct of business. Individuals
wishing to make public comment will
be provided a maximum of five minutes
to present their comments.
