L. 101–508) and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR Part 158). DATES: Comments must be received on or before March 24, 2005. The FAA will approve or disapprove the application, in whole or in part, no later than May 20, 2005. The following is a brief overview of the application. Level of the proposed PFC: $4.50. Proposed charge effective date: July 1, 2005. Proposed charge expiration date: January 1, 2010. Total estimated PFC revenue: $281,617. PFC application number: 05–04–C– 00–VCT. AGENCY: SUMMARY: This notice publishes the FMCSA decision to renew the PO 00000 Frm 00092 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 8659 exemption from the vision requirements in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) for Mr. Jerry W. Parker. Mr. Parker does not meet the vision requirements because of severe vision loss in his right eye. He meets the alternative physical qualification standards in the FMCSRs for the loss of a limb by holding a Skill Performance Evaluation (SPE) certificate. In order for Mr. Parker to continue to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in interstate commerce, he must continue to hold an SPE certificate and be granted a renewal exemption from the vision requirements.
