Take notice that on January 19, 2005,
Cotton Valley Compression, L.L.C.
tendered for filing a request for a partial
waiver or exemption from the
requirements of Order No. 2004, FERC
Stats. & Regs. ¶ 31,355 (2003), as well
as a request for an extension of time.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed on or before the
comment date. Anyone filing a motion
to intervene or protest must serve a copy

East Tennessee Natural Gas, LLC (East
Tennessee) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised
Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet No.
394, to be effective March 3, 2005.
East Tennessee states that the purpose
of this filing is to update the list of nonconforming agreements contained in
section 45 of the general terms and
conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff to
reflect the sale of all of Duke Energy
North America’s membership interests
in Duke Energy Murray LLC to KGen
Partners LLC on August 5, 2004, and the
subsequent name change from Duke
Energy Murray, LLC to KGen Murray I
and II LLC.
East Tennessee states that copies of
this filing have been served on all
affected customers of East Tennessee
and interested state commissions, as
well as upon all parties on the
Commission’s official service list in this
proceeding.
