Take notice that on February 2, 2005, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Twenty Ninth Revised Sheet No. 28, to become effective February 1, 2005. Transco states that the proposed changes would reflect a decrease in the rate schedule S–2 demand charge from $0.1580 to $0.1576, withdrawal charge from $0.0541 to $0.0534 and demand charge adjustment from $0.3819 to $0.3811. Transco indicates that the purpose of the instant filing is to track rate changes attributable to storage service purchased from Texas Eastern Transmission, LP under its rate schedule X–28, the costs of which are included in the rates and charges payable under Transco’s rate schedule S–2. (UES) filed an application for market-based rate authority, with an accompanying tariff. The proposed tariff provides for wholesale sales of energy, capacity and ancillary services at market-based rates. UES also requested waiver of various Commission regulations. In particular, UES requested that the Commission grant blanket approval under 18 CFR part 34 of all future issuances of securities and assumptions of liability by UES.
