Take notice that on January 31, 2005,
National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation
(National) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised
Volume No. 1, Seventy Third Revised
Sheet No. 9, to become effective
February 1, 2005.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or

Northern Natural Gas Company
(Northern) tendered for filing a petition
for a limited waiver of its FERC Gas
Tariff in order to allow Northern to
make available certain pre-built capacity
associated with the Bluff Creek/Tomah
expansion project on an interim basis
without a right of first refusal (ROFR).
Northern states that the requested
waiver will address the need to limit
ROFR rights to interim shippers for
capacity that is under contract in the
future by Wisconsin Gas LLC until
Northern files tariff language to
permanently address this situation.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
