Take notice that on January 28, 2005,
Black Marlin Pipeline Company (Black
Marlin) tendered for filing its annual
cash out report for the calendar year
ending on December 31, 2004.
Black Marlin states that it is serving
copies of the filing to shippers, state
commissions and other interested
parties.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
