Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P.; Notice of Proposed Change 
To FERC Gas Tariff

January 25, 2005.
    Take notice that on January 18, 2005, Iroquois Gas Transmission 
System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing the following revised sheet 
to its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, to be effective on 
February 17, 2005:

First Revised Sheet No. 108
Second Revised Sheet No. 110
Second Revised Sheet No. 115

    Iroquois states that, on January 29, 2004 the Commission issued its
