GTN further states that a copy of this filing has been served on GTN’s jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies. Take notice that on January 18, 2005, Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing the following revised sheet to its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, to be effective on February 17, 2005: First Revised Sheet No. 108 Second Revised Sheet No. 110 Second Revised Sheet No. 115 Iroquois states that, on January 29, 2004 the Commission issued its order on rehearing and clarification affirming, among other things, its earlier decision allowing transporters to eliminate the five-year matching cap for existing capacity subject to the Right of First Refusal (ROFR). Accordingly, Iroquois hereby submits this filing to remove the five-year matching cap from its ROFR provision consistent with other pipeline approvals. Iroquois further states that, at the request of its customer working group, it proposes to revise language in sections 29.2 and 29.5 to clarify the applicability of the ROFR and to allow for extension of a service agreement prior to expiration of its term and prior to posting available capacity under the ROFR respectively.
