Take notice that on January 18, 2005,
Gas Transmission Northwest
Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing a
refund report which reports GTN’s
refund of interruptible transportation
revenues on its Coyote Springs Lateral,
in compliance with section 35A of the
General Terms & Conditions of GTN’s
FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume
No. 1–A.
GTN further states that a copy of this
filing has been served on GTN’s
jurisdictional customers and interested
state regulatory agencies.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed in accordance

FERC Gas Tariff
January 25, 2005.
Take notice that on January 18, 2005,
Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P.
(Iroquois) tendered for filing the
following revised sheet to its FERC Gas
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, to be
effective on February 17, 2005:

Iroquois states that, on January 29,
2004 the Commission issued its order
on rehearing and clarification affirming,
among other things, its earlier decision
allowing transporters to eliminate the
five-year matching cap for existing
capacity subject to the Right of First
Refusal (ROFR). Accordingly, Iroquois
hereby submits this filing to remove the
five-year matching cap from its ROFR
provision consistent with other pipeline
approvals.
Iroquois further states that, at the
request of its customer working group,
it proposes to revise language in
sections 29.2 and 29.5 to clarify the
applicability of the ROFR and to allow
for extension of a service agreement
prior to expiration of its term and prior
to posting available capacity under the
ROFR respectively.
