Pursuant to section 6(b) of the Act, the name and principal place of business of the standards development organization is: Northeastern Lumber Manufacturers Association, Cumberland Center, ME. The nature and scope of NeLMA’s standards development activities are: development of size and quality standards for Eastern White Pine; maintain those rules in accordance with Voluntary Product Standard 20, developed under the auspices of the Department of Commerce; implementation of those rules as well as wood product grading rules of other agencies certified by the American Lumber Standard Committee through grading inspections of mills in the Northeast United States in order to assure conformation with those standards. project remains open, and PCA intends to file additional written notification disclosing all changes in membership. Notice Pursuant to the National Cooperative Research and 
Production Act of 1993--Portland Cement Association

    Notice is hereby given that, on January 10, 2005, pursuant to 
section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 
1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), the Portland Cement 
Association (``PCA'') has filed written notifications simultaneously 
with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing 
changes in its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose 
of extending the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust 
plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. 
Specifically, Titan America LLC, Norfolk, VA has been added as a Member 
of PCA.
    No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned 
activity of the group research project. Membership in this group 
research project remains open, and PCA intends to file additional 
written notification disclosing all changes in membership.
    On January 7, 1985, PCA filed its original notification pursuant to 
Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice 
in the Federal Register pursuant to section 6(b) of the Act on February 
5, 1985 (50 FR 5015).
    The last notification was filed with the Department on August 9, 
2004. A notice was published in the Federal Register pursuant to 
section 6(b) of the Act on August 30, 2004 (69 FR 52932).
