Company, PECO Energy Company and
Public Service Electric and Gas
Company. Jersey Central requests that
the Commission terminate the
Smithburg and East Windsor
Agreements, and eliminate Jersey
Central’s requirement to construct the
Seashore Loop under the Lower
Delaware Valley Transmission System
Agreement.
