NOP will maintain on its website a list of all current guidance documents. New documents will be added to this list within 30 days of issuance. Annually, NOP will publish in the Federal Register its comprehensive list of guidance documents. The comprehensive list will identify documents that have been added to the list or withdrawn from the list since the previous comprehensive list. NOP’s guidance document lists will include the name of the guidance document, issuance and revision dates, and information on how to obtain copies of the document. Administrator will determine within 40 days whether or not imports of shrimp contributed importantly to a decline in domestic producer prices of more than 20 percent during the marketing year period beginning January 2003 through December 2003. If the determination is positive, all shrimp producers in Mississippi will be eligible to apply to the Farm Service Agency for technical assistance at no cost and for adjustment assistance payments. Trade Adjustment Assistance for Farmers

AGENCY: Foreign Agricultural Service, USDA.

ACTION: Notice.

    The Administrator, Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), today 
accepted a petition filed by the Gollott's Oil Dock and Icehouse, Inc., 
Biloxi, Mississippi, for trade adjustment assistance. Gollott's 
represents Mississippi shrimpers. The Administrator will determine 
within 40 days whether or not imports of shrimp contributed importantly 
to a decline in domestic producer prices of more than 20 percent during 
the marketing year period beginning January 2003 through December 2003. 
If the determination is positive, all shrimp producers in Mississippi 
will be eligible to apply to the Farm Service Agency for technical 
assistance at no cost and for adjustment assistance payments.
