Take notice that on December 30,
2004, American Electric Power Service
Corporation (AEPSC) submitted a filing
in reference to the Commission’s
September 28, 2004, Order in Docket
No. ER04–1068–000, 108 FERC ¶ 61,318
(2004).
AEPSC states that a copy of the filing
was served upon parties to Docket No.
ER04–1068, AEP’s transmission service
customers, PJM members, the Midwest
ISO, and the state regulatory
commissions exercising jurisdiction
over AEP.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
