Program Data Requirements: Organizations awarded grants will be required to maintain specific data on program participants and activities in an electronically accessible database format that can be shared with the Bureau as required. As a minimum, the data must include the following: (1) Name, address, contact information and biographic sketch of all persons who travel internationally on funds provided by the grant or who benefit from the grant funding but do not travel. (2) Itineraries of international and domestic travel, providing dates of travel and cities in which any exchange experiences take place. Announcement of Meetings of the International Telecommunication 
Advisory Committee

SUMMARY: The International Telecommunication Advisory Committee will 
meet in February, March, April, and May to prepare for meetings of 
CITEL Permanent Consultative Committee I (PCC I), CITEL Permanent 
Executive Committee (COM/CITEL) and ITU World Telecommunication 
Development Conference (WTDC) Regional Preparatory Meetings. Members of 
the public will be admitted to the extent that seating is available, 
and may join in the discussions, subject to the instructions of the 
Chair.
    The International Telecommunication Advisory Committee (ITAC) will 
meet on Wednesday, February 23, 2005, 2 p.m.-4 p.m., at a location in
