to return cash collateral to La Paloma is
unjust, unreasonable and unduly
discriminatory, and that CAISO should
be required to immediately refund the
collateral to La Paloma.
La Paloma states that copies of the
complaint were served on the contacts
for the CAISO and NEGT Energy
Trading-Power, L.P. as listed on the
Commission’s list of corporate officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will

Viking states that it is filing a tariff
sheet to revise Article 10.1 of the form
of the firm transportation agreement
(Agreement) contained in its tariff to
provide a limited fill-in-the-blank
provision regarding the prior written
notice period for terminating the
Agreement. Viking further states that it
is proposing to make ministerial
changes to its form of Agreement,
Interruptible Transportation Agreement,
and Master Electronic Transaction
Agreement.
