On January 12, 2005, the FAA determined that the application to impose and use the revenue from a PFC submitted by the Airport was substantially complete within the requirements of 158.25 of Part 158. The FAA will approve or disapprove the application, in whole or in part, no later than April 28, 2005. The following is a brief overview of the application. Level of the proposed PFC: $4.50. Proposed charge effective date: May 1, 2016. Proposed charge expiration date: December 1, 2032. Total estimated PFC revenue: $2,892,040,000. PFC application number: 05–08–C– 00–DFW. Brief description of proposed project(s): Projects To Impose and Use PFC’S: Terminal D Apron and Associated Development, Wetlands Mitigation, Terminal D Major Storm Drain, Surface Movement Guidance and Control System, Terminal D Building, Terminal D Skybridge and Pedestrian Bridges, Terminal D Interior Signage, Central Utility Plan Modifications, Terminal D Roadway Development, Hotel Condemnation and Demolition, SkyLink Flight Information Display System, and Taxiway K Rehabilitation.
