Take notice that on December 30, 2004, Midwestern Gas Transmission Company (Midwestern) tendered for filing an Agreement, and as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Eleventh Revised Sheet No. 273 tariff sheets, with an effective date of December 31, 2004. Midwestern states the Agreement is being submitted for the Commission’s review and information and has been PO 00000 Frm 00031 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 2139 listed on the appropriate tariff sheet as a non-conforming agreement. Midwestern also states that minor housekeeping change also was made to reflect a change in the name of the operator of Midwestern.     MeadWestvaco Energy Services, L.L.C. (MWES) filed an application
