    Take notice that on December 29, 2004, Wisconsin Public Service 
Corporation (WPSC) tendered for filing a complaint, pursuant to section 
206 of the Federal Power Act and Rule 206 of the Commission's 
regulations, against the Midwest Independent Transmission System 
Operator, Inc. (Midwest ISO). WPSC requests that the Commission order
