January 4, 2005.
Take notice that on December 30,
2004, Questar Pipeline Company
(Questar) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised
Volume No. 1, Eighth Revised Sheet No.
7A, with an effective date of December
30, 2004. Questar states that the tariff
filing is being filed to reflect the
elimination of a contract expiration date
referenced in Footnote No. 3.
Questar further states that it
submitted its negotiated-rate filing in
accordance with the Commission’s
Policy Statement in Docket Nos. RM95–
6–000 and RM96–7–000 issued January
31, 1996.
Questar states that a copy of this filing
has been served upon all parties to this
proceeding, Questar’s customers, the
Public Service Commission of Utah and
the Public Service Commission of
Wyoming.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
