settlement that resolves environmental
cost recovery issues in the abovereferenced proceeding. Columbia Gas
Transmission Corporation, 88 FERC
¶ 61,217 (1999). The settlement
established environmental cost recovery
through unit components of base rates,
all as more fully set forth in the
settlement agreement filed April 5,
1999.

Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing as
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third
Revised Volume No. 1–A, Sixteenth
Revised Sheet No. 15, to become
effective January 1, 2005.
GTN states that this sheet is being
filed to reflect the continuation of a
negotiated rate agreement pursuant to
evergreen provisions contained in the
agreement.
GTN further states that a copy of this
