Take notice that on December 21,
2004, Neptune Regional Transmission
System, LLC (Neptune) filed a formal
complaint against PJM Interconnection,
L.L.C. (PJM) pursuant to section 206 of
the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 824e
(2000), and Rule 206 of the
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206 (2004),
alleging that PJM has improperly restudied the Neptune Project to include
subsequently announced generator
retirements. Neptune has requested Fast
Track Processing of the complaint under
18 CFR 385.206(h) (2004).
Neptune certifies that copies of the
complaint were served on the contacts
for PJM, FirstEnergy, PSEG, and LIPA as
listed on the Commission’s list of
Corporate Officials.
