Abstract: The DC Opportunity
Scholarship Program is a five-year
school choice program that provides
scholarships for children in low-income
families in Washington, DC. This
evaluation uses a randomized control
trial to compare the outcomes of eligible
applicants who received scholarships to
eligible applicants who did not receive
a scholarship.
