Written submissions.—As provided in sections 201.8 and 207.15 of the Commission’s rules, any person may submit to the Commission on or before January 24, 2005, a written brief containing information and arguments pertinent to the subject matter of the investigation. Parties may file written testimony in connection with their presentation at the conference no later than three days before the conference. If briefs or written testimony contain BPI, they must conform with the requirements of sections 201.6, 207.3, and 207.7 of the Commission’s rules.     By Notice dated July 28, 2004 and published in the Federal Register 
on August 10, 2004, (69 FR 48521), Applied Science Labs, Inc., A 
Division of Alltech Associates Inc., 2701 Carolean Industrial Drive, 
State College, Pennsylvania 16801, made application by renewal to the 
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to be registered as an importer 
of the following basic classes of controlled substance:

of controlled substances is consistent with the public interest and 
with United States obligations under international treaties, 
conventions, or protocols in effect on May 1, 1971, at this time. DEA
