Chapter 654 - Administrators of Facilities for Long-Term Care
NRS 654.0275 - “Licensee” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 654.0275 (2019)
“Licensee” means a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter as an administrator of a residential facility for groups, a nursing facility administrator or a health services executive.
