Chapter 598 - Deceptive Trade Practices
NRS 598.3972 - “Entertainment facility” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598.3972 (2019)
“Entertainment facility” means an indoor or outdoor area, including, without limitation, an arena, auditorium, museum, racetrack or stadium in which an athletic contest or live entertainment event is staged in this State and for which a ticket is required for admission.
