Chapter 482A - Autonomous Vehicles
NRS 482A.036 - “Fully autonomous vehicle” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 482A.036 (2019)
“Fully autonomous vehicle” means a vehicle equipped with an automated driving system which is designed to function at a level of driving automation of level 4 or 5 pursuant to SAE J3016.
