Chapter 482 - Motor Vehicles and Trailers: Licensing, Registration, Sales and Leases
NRS 482.2914 - Department to adopt certain regulations regarding out-of-service orders. [Effective on the earlier of July 1, 2020, or the date on which the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that sufficient resources are available to enable the Department to carry out the provisions of chapter 180, Statutes of Nevada 2017, at page 971.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 482.2914 (2019)

The Department shall adopt regulations which set forth each provision of 49 C.F.R. Parts 385 and 386 which, when a violation of the provision is the basis for a temporary prohibition against operation by a motor carrier, qualifies that temporary prohibition as an out-of-service order for the purposes of NRS 482.083.
