Chapter 453D - Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana
NRS 453D.320 - Marijuana establishment prohibited from dispensing marijuana or marijuana products from vending machine. [Effective January 1, 2020, through June 30, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 453D.320 (2019)
A marijuana establishment shall not dispense or otherwise sell marijuana or marijuana products from a vending machine or allow such a vending machine to be installed at the interior or exterior of the premises of the marijuana establishment.
