Chapter 288 - Relations Between Governments and Public Employees
NRS 288.042 - “Executive Department” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 288.042 (2019)
“Executive Department” means an agency, board, bureau, commission, department, division, elected officer or any other unit of the Executive Department of State Government. The term includes the Nevada System of Higher Education.
