Chapter 644 - Cosmetology
NRS 644.0278 - “Hair designer’s apprentice” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 644.0278 (2017)
“Hair designer’s apprentice” means a person who is engaged in learning the occupation of a hair designer in a cosmetological establishment and who is registered with the Board to practice hair design as a hair designer’s apprentice.
