Chapter 288 - Relations Between Governments and Public Employees
NRS 288.061 - “Local school precinct” defined. [Effective upon the issuance of a proclamation by the Governor that the plan to reorganize the Clark County School District into local school precincts not later than the 2018-2019 school year has been implemented.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 288.061 (2017)
“Local school precinct” means a local school precinct that is organized in the Clark County School District in accordance with a plan developed and implemented pursuant to the Clark County School District Reorganization Act.
(Added to NRS by 2015, 3845, effective upon the issuance of a proclamation by the Governor that the plan to reorganize the Clark County School District into local school precincts not later than the 2018-2019 school year has been implemented)
