Chapter 231 - Economic Development, Tourism and Cultural Affairs
NRS 231.1415 - “Authorized provider” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 231.1415 (2017)
“Authorized provider” means any institution within the Nevada System of Higher Education, a state or local agency, a school district, a charter school, a nonprofit organization, a labor organization or a private postsecondary educational institution that provides a program of workforce development approved by the Office.
