Take notice that on October 3, 2007, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (Tennessee) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, Thirteenth Revised Sheet No. 23G and Tenth Revised Sheet No. 413A, to be effective November 1, 2007. Tennessee states that the purpose of the filing is to file revised tariff sheets that: (1) Implement the recourse [[Page 58653]] transmission rate authorized by the Order; and (2) list eight non- conforming agreements in its FERC Gas Tariff as required by the May 9, 2006 Order. Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Such protests must be filed on or before the date as indicated below. Anyone filing a protest must serve a copy of that document on all the parties to the proceeding.
