Take notice that on October 1, 2007, Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC (Algonquin) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on Appendix A to the filing, to be effective November 1, 2007. Algonquin states that the filing is being made in compliance with the ``Ordering Issuing Certificate,'' issued by the Commission on September 22, 2006 in the captioned proceeding. Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211).
