Correction

    In rule document E7-16681 beginning on page 48574 in the issue of 
Friday, August 24, 2007, make the following corrections:

Sec.  2551.28  [Corrected]

    1. On page 48583, in the second column, in Sec.  2251.28(a), in the 
fourth and fifth lines, ``the effective date of this regulation'' 
should read ``November 23, 2007''.
    2. On the same page, in the same column, in Sec.  2251.28(b), in 
the fourth and fifth lines, ``the effective date of this regulation'' 
should read ``November 23, 2007''.
