ACTION: Notice of public meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Antitrust Modernization Commission will hold a public meeting on May 23, 2006. The purpose of the meeting is for the Antitrust Modernization Commission to deliberate on possible recommendations regarding the antitrust laws to Congress and the President. DATES: May 23, 2006, 9:30 a.m. to approximately 5:30 p.m. Interested members of the public may attend. Advanced registration is required. The Commission will deliberate on recommendations regarding antitrust enforcement institutions, the Robinson-Patman Act, and issues relating to the new economy. The Commission will conduct other additional business as necessary.
