SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the Commonwealth of Kentucky dated 10/29/2009.
    Incident: Tornado and Severe Storms.
    Incident Period: 10/09/2009.
    Effective Date: 10/29/2009.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/28/2009.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/29/2010.
