AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the Commonwealth of Kentucky dated 10/09/2009.
    Incident: Severe storms and flooding.
    Incident Period: 09/25/2009 through 09/26/2009
    Effective Date: 10/09/2009
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/08/2009.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/07/2010.

Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport 
Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155.

by the disaster:

Contiguous Counties:
    Kentucky: Fayette, Garrard, Madison, Mercer, Woodford.
