AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the State of New York dated 10/02/2009.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-Line Winds, and Flooding.
    Incident Period: 07/06/2009 through 07/07/2009.

DATES: Effective Date: 10/02/2009.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/01/2009.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/02/2010.

ADDRESSES: Submit completed loan applications to: U.S. Small Business 
Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport 
Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155.

    The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected 
by the disaster:

Contiguous Counties:
    New York. Bronx, Orange, Putnam, Rockland.
    Connecticut. Fairfield.
    New Jersey. Bergen.
