AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by 
Colins Broadcasting Corporation, the permittee of station KSNB-DT, to 
substitute DTV channel 4 for its assigned post-transition DTV channel 
34 at Superior, Nebraska.

DATES: This rule is effective January 29, 2009.
