AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by Local 
TV Alabama License, LLC (``Local TV''), the licensee of station WHNT-
DT, to substitute DTV channel 46 for its assigned post-transition DTV 
channel 19 at Huntsville, Alabama.

DATES: This rule is effective January 29, 2009.
