AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Amendment 1.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of U.S. Virgin 
Islands (FEMA-1807-DR), dated 10/29/2008.
    Incident: Hurricane Omar.
    Incident Period: 10/14/2008 through 10/16/2008.
    Effective Date: 11/10/2008.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/28/2008.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/29/2009.

Virgin Islands, dated 10/29/2008, is hereby amended to include the 
following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

Primary Counties: Saint John.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
