AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by 
Fisher Radio Regional Group, Inc., permittee of station KUNP-DT, to 
substitute DTV channel 16 for post-transition DTV channel 29 at La 
Grande, Oregon.

DATES: This rule is effective December 8, 2008.
