ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by 
Esteem Broadcasting of North Carolina, LLC, licensee of station WYDO-
DT, to substitute DTV channel 47 for DTV channel 14 at Greenville, 
North Carolina.

DATES: The final rule is effective November 14, 2008.
