Description of Relief Sought: Boeing requests an exemption from the requirements to develop and make available to affected persons Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) instructions for continued airworthiness for their Boeing Models 707 and 720 on the basis that these airplanes are not subject to an operational rule requiring an update of their maintenance programs.
