AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the State of Indiana dated 05/05/2008.
    Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
    Incident Period: 03/18/2008 through 03/20/2008.

DATES: Effective Date: 05/05/2008
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/07/2008.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/05/2009.

ADDRESSES: Submit completed loan applications to: U.S. Small Business 
Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport 
Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155.

    Orange, Pike, Scott, Vanderburgh, Washington.
Contiguous Counties:
    Indiana: Clark, Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Floyd, Gibson, Harrison, 
Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Knox, Lawrence, Martin, Posey, Warrick.
    Kentucky: Henderson.
