The proposed information collection is published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. Comments are encouraged and will be accepted for ``sixty days'' until June 9, 2008. This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. (4) Affected public who will be asked or required to respond, as well as a brief abstract: Primary: Business or other for-profit. Other: Individual or households. The forms are used by low volume firearms dealers to record acquisition and disposition of firearms and to determine the eligibility of buyers to receive firearms. The forms are part of the licensee's permanent record and may be used to trace firearms. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: It is estimated that 1,000 respondents will complete a 20 minute form. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: There are an estimated 1,666 annual total burden hours associated with this collection.
