This notice announces the extension of SBA's Export Express Pilot Program until December 31, 2010. This extension will allow time for the Agency to further market and evaluate this specific loan program for exporters and analyze the Program's performance during the next 12 months.

We propose to revise the criteria in the Listing of Impairments (the listings) that we use to evaluate claims under titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act (Act) involving endocrine disorders in adults and children. The proposed revisions reflect advances in medical knowledge, information we received from medical experts, comments we received from the public in response to an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) and at an outreach policy conference, and our adjudicative experience.

The Federal Communications Commission, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burden invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection(s), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3501-3520. Under a new law, the Postal Service must file an annual compliance report on costs, revenues, rates, and quality of service associated with its products. It recently filed documents with the Commission to change some of the methods it uses to compile a fiscal year report. In the Commission's view, these documents constitute a rulemaking petition. Therefore, this document provides notice of the Postal Service's filing and an opportunity for public comment.

The Governor of Florida has rescheduled the date of the Special General Election to fill the U.S. House seat in the 19th Congressional District being vacated by Representative Robert Wexler. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is confirming the effective date of December 28, 2009, for the direct final rule that was published in the Federal Register on October 13, 2009. The direct final rule amended the NRC's spent fuel storage regulations in 10 CFR 72.214 to revise the HI-STORM 100 dry cask storage system listing to include Amendment No. 7 to Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 1014.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing for public comment a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Nichols Ranch In-Situ Recovery (ISR) Project. By letter dated November 30, 2007, Uranerz Energy Corporation (Uranerz), submitted an application to the NRC for a new source material license for the Nichols Ranch ISR Project, which Uranerz proposes to be located in the Powder River Basin in Campbell and Johnson Counties, Wyoming. Uranerz is proposing to recover uranium from the Nichols Ranch ISR Project site using the in-situ leach (also know as the in-situ recovery (ISR)) process.

By letter dated March 20, 2008, Lost Creek ISR, LLC (LCI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of UR-Energy USA, Inc. submitted an application to the NRC for a new source material license for the Lost Creek ISR Project, which LCI proposes to be located in the Great Divide Basin in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. LCI is proposing to recover uranium from the Lost Creek ISR Project site using the in-situ leach (also known as the in-situ recovery ISR) process.
