Abstract of Proposed Collection The Online Application for Nonimmigrant Visa (DS–160) is used to collect biographical information from individuals seeking a nonimmigrant visa. The consular officer uses the information collected to determine the applicant’s eligibility for a visa. Methodology The DS–160 will be submitted electronically to the Department via the internet. The applicant will be instructed to print a confirmation page containing a bar coded record locator, which will be scanned at the time of processing. Exhibition

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I 
hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition 
``Casanova: The Seduction of Europe,'' imported from abroad for 
temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural 
significance. The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with 
the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition 
or display of the exhibit objects at the Kimbell Art Museum, in Fort 
Worth, Texas, from on or about August 27, 2017, until, on or about 
December 31, 2017; the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, Legion of 
Honor, in San Francisco, California, from, on or about February 10, 
2018, until on or about May 20, 2018, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, 
in Boston, Massachusetts, from, on or about July 1, 2018, until on or 
about October 8, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues
