SUMMARY: The Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent 
to grant to Hickies, Inc.; a corporation having its principle place of 
business at 134 North 4th Street, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11249, an 
exclusive license.

DATES: Written objections must be filed not later than 15 days 
following publication of this announcement.
