SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to CBP regulations, that 
Intertek USA, Inc., has been accredited to test petroleum and certain 
petroleum products for customs purposes for the next three years as of 
August 24, 2016.

DATES: Intertek USA, Inc., was accredited as commercial laboratory as 
of August 24, 2016. The next triennial inspection date will be 
scheduled for August 2019.
