SUMMARY: The National Urban and Community Forestry Advisory Council 
(Council) will meet in Flushing, New York. The Council is authorized by 
the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act, and the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (FACA). Additional information concerning the Council,
